The data we request are adequate, relevant, and strictly necessary, and in no case are you obliged to provide them. However, failing to do so may affect the purpose of the service or make it impossible to provide it.

We may receive personal information from third‑party platforms (Facebook, Gmail, or Apple) through which you choose to register on our Platform. The main legal basis for processing the data obtained through Facebook Login or Google Sign‑In is the performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR), as this information is necessary to provide access to the requested service. By voluntarily choosing to register through these platforms, the user requests that the data required for authentication be communicated to U–Project Firm S.L. solely for the purpose of enabling access to and use of the service.
