2. Acceptance
Once the USER has selected content from the available catalogue, they must click the button or link that shows acceptance of a charge (e.g., "Buy", "Subscribe", or "Activate"). By clicking these buttons or links, the purchase and payment will be confirmed, and the download process will commence if the content is available for immediate download. THE COMPANY reserves the right to accept or reject an offer request at any time.
3. Financial Terms
Access to the content and services available on the PORTAL has a cost. To pay for a subscription or purchase content, the USER will be required to select one of the available payment methods. All payments on the PORTAL are processed through Stripe, a secure payment service provider that complies with the highest security and data protection standards. For content purchased as a one-time download, payment is taken at the time of purchase. For content provided under a subscription model, payment is taken at the time of the initial purchase and at the start of each subscription renewal period.
The content on this site is offered on a self-renewing subscription basis. The price payable is the price indicated at the time of purchase or subscription, and the USER agrees to pay all specified fees, as well as any applicable sales and/or usage taxes, Goods and Services Tax (GST), or VAT applicable to their purchase (the "Purchase Price"). Sales or usage tax will be calculated based on the USER’s billing address.
Please note that the payment service provider may apply a currency conversion fee to the purchase price and/or additional processing charges. THE COMPANY is not responsible for such charges or expenses. The USER should contact their payment provider for further details. Additional costs associated with accessing the website may also apply, depending on the USER’s Internet Service Provider ("ISP") and/or mobile network operator ("MNO"). 4. Subscriptions
Subscription to the PORTAL entitles the USER to enjoy five monthly content items within the service. The subscription will be automatically renewed if the USER does not expressly request to unsubscribe from the service.
THE COMPANY may offer a free trial for certain subscriptions. If the USER registers for a free trial subscription, unless stated otherwise, THE COMPANY will begin charging the applicable subscription Purchase Price once the trial period ends. The USER must cancel their subscription before the end of the free trial period to avoid charges to their selected payment method.
5. Cancellation of Service
If the USER wishes to cancel their subscription, they can do so by clicking on their avatar icon at the top of the service and selecting "Cancel Subscription". Alternatively, they can send an email to support@playlyft.com , stating their email address and including the word "CANCEL" in the subject line.
Once cancelled, the USER will continue to have access to the service for up to one month from the last payment made. After this period, all subscription benefits will be lost.
6. Refund Policy and Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article 103 of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007), the USER has the right to withdraw from a subscription within 14 calendar days from the date of contracting the service, without providing justification. If the USER withdraws within this period, they will be entitled to a full refund of the amounts paid. To exercise this right, the USER must notify their decision via email to support@playlyft.com
Once the legal withdrawal period has expired, refund requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, considering the extent to which the service has been used. THE COMPANY reserves the right to grant or deny refunds at its sole discretion, based on whether the service has been used in full or in part.
7. Intellectual and Industrial Property
All content included on the PORTAL, such as text, graphics, photographs, logos, icons, images, as well as the graphic design, source code, trademarks, and domain, are the intellectual and industrial property of THE COMPANY or, where applicable, of third parties from whom THE COMPANY holds sufficient and necessary rights to offer the content located on the PORTAL. Any use of the elements included in this PORTAL without the express written consent of THE COMPANY is strictly prohibited. The USER agrees not to infringe upon THE COMPANY’s or third parties’ intellectual and industrial property rights.
8. Limitation of Liability
THE COMPANY shall not be held liable for any damages suffered by users, their mobile devices, or third parties, occurring directly, indirectly, or incidentally as a result of or in connection with the use of our services. We accept no liability for harm caused to users or third parties due to an inability to use our services and/or our PORTAL, whether directly or indirectly.
Thus, the use of our services is solely at the USER’s own risk. The USER is solely responsible for any damage suffered by their mobile device or any system, as well as for any possible data loss resulting from the use of our services.
The USER acknowledges and accepts the liability detailed in this section. Nothing in these Terms shall diminish the USER’s statutory rights.
9. Link Policy
THE COMPANY does not guarantee or assume any responsibility for damages suffered as a result of accessing third-party content through links, connections, or hyperlinks provided on the PORTAL. The purpose of these links is solely to provide the USER with additional sources of information or other content and services available on the Internet. These third-party contents are provided by external entities, meaning THE COMPANY has no control over their legality or the quality of the services offered.
10. Notifications
This PORTAL has been created in good faith by THE COMPANY. However, if any third party believes their intellectual and/or industrial property rights have been infringed and wishes to notify THE COMPANY of any issue or incident, they may do so via email at support@playlyft.com
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising in relation to this website shall be subject to Spanish law. The Courts and Tribunals of Madrid shall have jurisdiction to resolve all conflicts relating to this website unless another jurisdiction is mandatorily established by law.

The services offered on this PORTAL are only available for devices operating on iOS, Android, and Windows Phone.
